Job Description:
Nimble is seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to manage lead lifecycle programs, CRM, and tech stack, and implement lead scoring and marketing automation. The role requires collaboration with the marketing team to optimize inbound campaigns.

Work Schedule: Hybrid role, with 3 days a week in the office (Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday).

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Implement and manage lead lifecycle programs in Hubspot and Salesforce.
  • Set up lead scoring, stages, statuses, and marketing automation.
  • Track conversions for SEO and SEM efforts.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports for marketing KPIs.
  • Develop strategies for attribution, tracking, and reporting of marketing performance.
  • Ensure CRM data accuracy.
  • Support campaign operations, including creation, lead management, and segmentation.
  • Analyze data to improve marketing effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Growth on lead generation and nurture programs.
  • Implement an automated MQL and handoff process from marketing to sales.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years in marketing operations for B2B SaaS.
  • Hands-on experience with operations for free trial and self-service products.
  • Proficient with CRM tools like Salesforce, Marketo, and Hubspot.
  • Experience with web analytics, Google Tag Manager, and attribution for search and performance marketing.
  • Skilled in managing various marketing programs and database management.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with growth, demand generation, and BDR teams.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and the prioritization skills.
  • Experience with API or web data-focused companies.
  • Experience with early-stage startups.
