Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Research potential customers to understand their needs and decision-making processes.
  • Contact prospects through calls, emails, and social media with personalized messages.
  • Identify and create new leads and opportunities through multiple channels.
  • Schedule meetings and product demos for the sales team, ensuring smooth handoffs.
  • Manage a high volume of leads, updating their status and progress in our CRM system.
  • Keep current with industry trends and competitors to uncover fresh opportunities.
  • Work with the marketing team to improve lead generation efforts and campaign effectiveness.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in sales, customer service, or lead generation is beneficial.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Exceptional organizational abilities and adept at managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
